NFF/Iran discussing final details of friendly

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Officials are discussing with their counterparts from Iran the final details of the international friendly, which has been fixed for November 17.
Transportation arrangements and the appearance fee for the participating teams, which should be settled by the agents facilitating the friendly, are still pending and have not been sealed.
A member of the Iranian International Department, Muhammed Masoud revealed that the NFF is expected to take responsibility of the transportation of its team for the match, but that other parts of the agreement will be settled next week.
‘’The November 17 match date fixed has been agreed on, what is left however, is other aspects of the agreement like transportation and the appearance fee which we believe will be settled by next week.
‘’For the transportation, the NFF should be responsible for its team while the agent putting the match together will be expected to pay the appearance fee. But very soon all that will be resolved as both sides have agreed on a date for the match, ‘’ Manoud stated.
Sources in Iran have revealed to allnigeriasoccer.com that the match would be held at the 100,000 capacity Azadi Stadium Tehran.
In the list submitted by the interim coach of the Super Eagles, Austin Eguavoen, the following players have been pencilled down to prosecute the friendly, they are: Dele Aiyenugba, Bassey Akpan, Chibuzor Okonkwo, Wasiu Showemimo, Valentine Nwabili, Dele Adeleye, Taye Taiwo, Michael Odibe, Emmanuel Anyanwu, Fengor Ogude, Kalu Uche, Sani Kaita, Eneji Otekpa, Ayo Saka, Ahmed Musa and John Owoeri, Osaze Odemwingie, Obafemi Martins, Edward Ofere and Victor Obinna Nsofor.
