Aminu added that when Mr. Abdulhakeem’s body was found near the garbage can in his house, people around took him to Salamatu Hospital in the area where he was confirmed dead at around 3am.
Mr. Taju Alausa an in-law and neighbor to the deceased who injured his leg trying to help the deceased said, he got the house at about 2:30am where he saw him laying in a pool of his blood near the garbage can and he quickly called for help and was taken to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
A tenant Mrs. Adeyanju said two weeks earlier armed robbers attacked the house and collected cash, handsets and other valuables only for them to come back and kill the landlord after making away with his valuables.
When contacted on phone, the spokesperson for the Kaduna State Police Command, DSP Aminu Lawal confirmed the incidence and appealed to the public who have useful information about the robbery to come forth with it as it will aide them in apprehending the culprits.
Hakeem was 32 years before his death.

Armed robbers on Thursday killed Mr. Abdulhakeem Ajagun the brother of Jaleel Ajagun a football player with the Flying Eagle team at his Kabala West residence, a densely populated area in Kaduna. Speaking with Trustsports, Aminu Kolade an employee and neighbor of the deceased who witnessed the incidence said “about a few minutes after 2:am, five armed men broke into Mr. Abdulhakeem’s house through the back door where a struggle took place and finally a shot was fired in his stomach that killed him”.Aminu added that when Mr. Abdulhakeem’s body was found near the garbage can in his house, people around took him to Salamatu Hospital in the area where he was confirmed dead at around 3am.
