He said that the affected players can go and try their luck elsewhere adding that if left in the club they might pollute others.
Ndubuoke said a club like Heartland does not need any player who cannot perform especially as the club is getting set for continental campaign next season.
He said that the club has entered into partnership with the state government to ensure that the club is taken to its greatest height in the next session.
According to him the state government would only provide financial support to Heartland because the management of the club is going to embark on aggressive sponsorship drive.
This Ndubuoke said is to help reduce the pressure on the government’s lean resources.
While recounting the club’s score card, he said in the last session of Nigerian football league, Heartland faced a lot of challenge and so it was not possible for it to achieve all its set goals.
On the next session, the GM said that his focus would be to re brand Heartland and make it one of the formidable clubs in Africa just as he commended the players and the team’s technical crew for winning this year’s Federation Cup.
